- FREE home visit including evenings and weekends - with friendly and professional will-writers.
- FREE search at Land Registry to establish how your property is co-owned – this can be vital for the outcome of your will. Most businesses charge £10-15 for this service.
- FREE draft will – sent to you before the final will – giving you the opportunity to make changes.
- FREE attestation service (overseeing the signing) ensuring that the will becomes legally binding. Numerous companies do not make certain this vitally important procedure – and often it is not discovered until it is too late that the will has not been correctly duly executed and therefore will not take effect.
- FREE will check if you have an existing will and would like to ensure that it still covers your needs, we will happily take a look and advise you accordingly.
